The Philadelphia Council of the US Navy League had the privilege of supporting and participating in a “Memorial Poster Dedication” for a local resident, Hall of Fame football player, and a Coast Guard Hero. Emlen Tunnell. Friends, relatives, and local community leaders attended the unveiling of a wonderful, and lasting tribute to Emlen Tunnell. “We have the watch Emlen!”
