The Philadelphia Council of the US Navy League supported and sponsored the Sector Delaware Bay Coast Guard Day picnic. Hosted by CPOA Liberty Chapter, Philadelphia Council President Bill Youngblood, Executive Director Monica Hallman, and Directors Chris Baker and Mike Kearny braved the heat to support our local Coast Guard unit and their families.
