Steven A. Malloy

Steve Malloy was appointed Global Sustainment Lead for Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors in August 2011.  In this capacity, he leads a matrix Global Sustainment organization that provides logistical support and services to Mission Systems & Sensorsí (MS2) Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors line of business.  This includes lifetime support of the U.S. Navyís Aegis Weapon System; the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense program; Lockheed Martin business units in Syracuse, NY, Marion, MA and Canada; and international customers in Japan, Spain, Norway, South Korea, and Australia.

Mr. Malloy has been with Lockheed Martin since May, 2008.  Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, he served in the United States Navy for more than 25 years as a Naval Aviator and Acquisition Professional.  Operational highlights include three tours flying the SH-2F and SH-60B helicopters; an exchange tour in the Royal Navy flying the Lynx, and command of Tactical Air Control Squadron TWENTY-TWO.  Acquisition experiences include:  A tour at the Pentagon on the staffs of the Chief of Naval Operations and the Secretary of the Navy; a tour at the Naval Air Systems Command, serving as V-22 Osprey Deputy Program Manager, and a tour at the Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, where he served as Director of Engineering and Product Support and Deputy Commander-Aviation.  Captain Malloy holds DAWIA Level 3 certifications in Program Management and Logistics, and is designated an Honorary Supply Corps Officer.

Mr. Malloyís education includes a bachelorís degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame; a one-year Navy Fellowship at The RAND Corporation; Lockheed Martinís Management Strategies Program at Carnegie Mellonís Tepper School of Business; the LOGTECH Program at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and graduate studies at Drexel University and the Royal Naval College at Greenwich, England.

Mr. Malloy is on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Navy League of the United States, and enjoys golf, cycling and rowing.
